Our engineers begin with a thorough inspection of the overhead track system, checking for wear, damage, misalignment and lubrication condition. Carrier assemblies and suspension components are inspected and adjusted.
Panel Alignment Check
Each panel is checked for correct alignment, level and plumb. Panel-to-panel joints are inspected for consistent gaps. Any panels that have drifted out of alignment are corrected.
Seal & Mechanism Adjustment
Acoustic seals — including drop seals, top seals, side seals and brush seals — are inspected and adjusted. Correct seal engagement is critical to acoustic performance and is verified at every service visit.
Replacement of Worn Components
Any components showing wear or deterioration are replaced during the service visit. We carry a comprehensive stock of replacement seals, rollers and hardware to complete repairs in a single visit wherever possible.
Operational Test
